One point that she points out that I loved was when she read from Wikipedia's definition of organic food.
"While there may be some
differences in the nutrient and anti-nutrient contents of organically and
conventionally produced food, the variable nature of food production and
handling makes it difficult to generalize results, and there is insufficient
evidence to support claims that organic food is safer or healthier than
conventional food.[3][4][5][6][7]Claims
that organic food tastes better are generally not supported by evidence."

She also mentions these words, and I am paraphrasing:
"We are a country of extremists. It's always one extreme or another. It’s not about extremes. It's about moderation and that healthy middle
line. So many people believe that modern
agriculture is extremely bad and you have to go completely organic to be
healthy. Science has not shown a difference between organic and
modern farming in terms of safety, traditional value, or taste."
