July

Went to Jensen's Grove with cousins
Went to Cedar City for Independence Day.  Watched the parade with DeAna's family and Kelly and Sandra.
There was a down pour of rain for about 10 minutes.  We all hung out in the camper.  Thank goodness the parade was over.

Watched the fireworks show.
We went Cat Fishing the next day.  We all got at least one.  It was a lot of fun.
Came back to some great Softball games.  The 4th of July week break off seemed to help the girls.  When we got back, every girl hit through the 3 innings of the last 3 games of the season.
We fried up the Cat fish the Sunday after we got home.  I have never had better fish!  Man, they were good!  Gary did a great job cooking them.
Landon is holding the fish he caught ... reluctantly.  He caught the biggest one.
We went to Ross Park in Pocatello with cousins a couple of times in July.
Gary, Jake, and I (mostly Jake) fixed up the old shed to put our "atv's" in.  Jake cleaned the whole thing out.  That was the biggest job!  I was very impressed that he did it all by himself.  (Landon helped a little bit)  Gary helped cut the new door out.  The boy and I went and got the plywood and I cut the 2x4's and made the header.  Jake screwed them up.  He also screwed the floor down and Gary helped cut the plywood.  It looks great in my opinion!
We got a new flag pole!  We got new curbing that Shawn (my cousin) did for me.  We also put rock down in the flower beds and bought a bunch of roses and other flowers to put in them. I think it looks great.  I didn't take any pictures of the flower beds yet.  I should do that!
Megan finished her season playing the last game against her cousin.  Her cousin was the pitcher on the other team and hit her once when she pitched.  I didn't think it looked that bad but she had a pretty big bruise the next few days after the game.  haha  Competition is fierce.  ;-)  She absolutely LOVES to play any sport.  She was always smiling and having so much fun.  She really loved playing catcher and first base.  The Coach nick named her "Road Runner" because she was always hussling and running so fast around the bases.  I loved her happy, positive attitude!  Her smile was contagious for me!
We went to Salt Lake with the Young Women in our Ward.  We got photo bombed in the top picture.  hehe  We went to Temple Square, the Humanitarian Center, and had the opportunity to go to the Mormon Tabernacle Choir Concert featuring Lindsey Sterling and Nathan Pacheco at the Conference Center.   It was amazing!
